As our next Restoration Project Manager, you'll take charge of high-stakes restoration projects from start to finishdelivering quality, keeping things on track, and ensuring the customer experience is second to none. Xactimate estimating experience is highly preferredbut if you're a seasoned project manager and fast learner, we'll train the right person with the right mindset. What You'll Do
Build & Estimate:
Prepare accurate job scopes (preferably using Xactimate), ensuring all damages and repairs are accounted for. Lead Projects:
Manage labor, materials, timelines, subcontractors, and jobsite flowowning the outcome from start to finish. Communicate Clearly:
Be the calming voice for stressed clients and the knowledgeable partner for adjusters. Advocate with Integrity:
Collaborate with insurance adjusters to develop fair and accurate scopes of work. Motivate Teams:
Lead crews with enthusiasm and hold high standards for craftsmanship and professionalism. Stay Organized:
Keep job files, budgets, schedules, and updates detailed and up to date. Solve Problems:
Step in with solutionsnot excuseswhen the unexpected happens. What You Bring
35+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or project management. Familiarity with Xactimate software strongly preferred (training available for strong candidates). Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple jobs with shifting priorities. Confidence in working with clients, crews, and insurance companies.
