Sales Administrator
Lincoln IT is a leading provider of IT solutions and managed services, proudly serving clients across finance, legal, healthcare, and other critical sectors. Our team is driven by a commitment to technical excellence and exceptional client service. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our growing Sales team. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team by managing quotes, processing renewals, registering deals, and coordinating with vendors. This individual will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all sales-related administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: Create, review, and manage client quotes in coordination with Account Executives Manage contract and subscription renewals to ensure timely follow-up and processing Coordinate and maintain vendor relationships, including pricing, promotions, and lead time updates Register deals with vendors and distributors to secure pricing and protect opportunities Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring information accuracy and availability Assist in preparing sales reports and metrics for management review Collaborate closely with the Finance and Procurement teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and renewals Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding sales-related documentation and support Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a sales support, sales administration, or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., ConnectWise) is a plus Experience with vendor portals, deal registration, and quoting tools (e.g., Ingram Micro, Tech Data) preferred Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the IT services or technology solutions industry Experience supporting Account Executives or Sales Managers Prior experience with quoting software or ERP tools What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and professional development Collaborative and supportive work environment Exposure to a wide range of technologies and industry-leading vendors
