We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead and support our growing sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, driving revenue growth, and supporting the team with quotes, renewals, vendor management, and deal registrations. This leadership role requires a proactive, organized, and client-focused individual with strong communication and team-building skills. Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals Manage and oversee the preparation of client quotes, proposals, and contract renewals Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and services Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and distributors Register deals to secure optimal pricing and protect opportunities Track and report on sales performance metrics and pipeline health using dashboards (e.g., BrightGauge, CRM tools) Maintain accurate records within the CRM (e.g., ConnectWise) and ensure alignment with finance and procurement Stay current on industry trends, vendor programs, and solution offerings to better position Lincoln IT's services Represent Lincoln IT at vendor meetings, client briefings, and industry events as needed Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT services or technology sales 2+ years of experience managing or leading a sales team Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong knowledge of quoting tools, CRM systems, and vendor portals (e.g., Ingram Micro, Tech Data) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with ConnectWise Manage or similar platforms Familiarity with vendor registration processes and channel sales programs Prior experience in managed services or technology solution selling Strong analytical skills with an understanding of forecasting and pipeline management What We Offer
