Lead and manage
DoD and/or IC acquisition processes , from initial strategy to procurement execution.
Develop and review key acquisition and procurement documentation, including: Acquisition Strategies and Plans
Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Source Selection Plans
Requests for Information (RFIs)
Other lifecycle acquisition documents
Identify and assess
agency-level acquisition challenges , capability gaps, and areas of riskproposing effective alternative solutions.
Provide strategic guidance and acquisition governance support to ensure documentation aligns with mission needs, legal requirements, and program objectives.
Collaborate with technical, contracting, and program management teams throughout the procurement lifecycle.
Transform complex acquisition policies and processes into
clear, actionable guidance
and documentation.
Support proposal evaluation processes and provide advisory input during source selections when required.
Lead or contribute to acquisition process improvement initiatives and compliance tracking.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in
Business Management
or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience with
federal acquisition lifecycle governance , including documentation development and acquisition policy interpretation.
Familiarity with DoD or IC acquisition procedures and FAR/DFARS application.
Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technical and regulatory content.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in high-tempo, cross-functional environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility
required.
