LTL/Freight Location: Flower Mound, TX (DFW Area) About Us: Head Hunters RPO is hiring on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing freight transportation company based in Flower Mound, TX. They provide personalized LTL (Less-than-Truckload) solutions with a customer-focused approach. Our client offers a straightforward commission structure, we empower our sales team to unlock unlimited earning potential. Role Overview: We're looking for an experienced LTL sales professional, ideally with an established book of business, to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you'll focus on meeting customers in person to identify needs, building relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals within the DFW area. This is a highly autonomous position with significant earning potential and career growth opportunities. This position involves traveling to assigned territories in the DFW area. Key Responsibilities: Meet with customers to understand and address their freight and logistics needs Negotiate and close sales deals in assigned territories Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service Generate leads, track progress, and manage your sales pipeline within assigned territories using our CRM tool Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in LTL/transportation sales Strong knowledge of the LTL and transportation logistics industry Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening) Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proven success in negotiating and closing sales Comfortable using CRM software to track and manage sales $70,000 - $75,000 a year Uncapped Commission (10% on gross profit after monthly minimum) Car Allowance & Company-Paid Cell Phone Weekly Pay Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401k (with 4% company match), $25k Life Insurance (company-paid), and more Eligibility for Benefits: 60 days after hire, 401k eligibility after 6 months Why Us?
