Canon Information Technology Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced and creative Training Developer Specialist to craft impactful learning experiences that drive performance and support growth. Your Impact: Create engaging eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning content focused on product knowledge, policies/procedures, and customer service excellence; Work closely with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, learner-friendly instructional materials; Develop online competency-based assessments to measure learning outcomes and training effectiveness; Partner with product teams to deliver timely and relevant training for new features, tools, and systems; Regularly update training materials to ensure alignment with operational needs and business changes; Facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions, gather feedback, and refine content to improve learner engagement and retention; Create SCORM-compliant materials compatible with Learning Management Systems; Continuously enhance instructional materials, design skills and apply best practices to ensure effectiveness and relevance; Assist with other duties as assigned to ensure the success of training initiatives. About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring: Associate's degree (Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field is a plus); 24 years of related experience in training development, instructional design, or a similar field; Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM familiarity is a plus; Strong project management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; Ability to think creatively and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
