Here's what you'll do: Lead a team of data analysts and data scientists, overseeing data strategy, analytics, and predictive modeling to drive eCommerce performance, customer insights, and business intelligence. Data Strategy And Leadership (30%): Engage with executive stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making, and shape the department's data direction, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Develop and execute a data management vision, ensuring seamless integration, governance, and analytics. Define KPIs and frameworks to align with business goals and drive growth. Team Leadership & Development (25%): Manage a team of data analysts and data scientists, providing strategic direction, oversight, and professional development. Establish best practices in analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling. Oversee model development, data visualization, and business intelligence. Predictive Modeling & Advanced Analytics (10%): Guide development of customer segmentation, churn prediction, LTV forecasting, and recommendations to optimize eCommerce. Drive machine learning and AI applications to enhance marketing strategies and customer experience. Oversee multi-touch attribution modeling to optimize marketing ROI. Business Intelligence & Performance Analytics (15%): Lead creation of scalable dashboards and reporting solutions for real-time insights. Integrate marketing, CRM, and transactional data. Support budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. Data Integration & Governance (10%): Define data governance policies to ensure data consistency, accuracy, compliance, and security. Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and analytics infrastructure. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication (10%): Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership. This position will be working a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office, and telecommuting from within the US permissible twice per week. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering Management, Computer Science, or a closely related field, plus five (5) years of professional work experience in a position focused on eCommerce and business intelligence data and analytics. Experience must include five years of the following: predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI-driven analytics for business applications; SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) Multi-touch attribution, digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and marketing performance analytics Working with large datasets (100M + Records), cloud-based data warehouses, and automation of data workflows Engaging with executive stakeholders, translate data insights into business strategy, and drive organization-wide data initiatives. Rate of pay: $231,141.00 - $250,000.00 per year (+ benefits). This is a full-time (40 hours per week) professional position.
