Partner Development Manager

Acxiom is seeking a motivated and resourceful Partner Development Manager to lead growth and success across key partnerships. This role blends sales, client services, and account management, with a focus on building relationships with agencies, using strategic tools like Excel, Apollo, and SellerCrowd to identify opportunities, drive value, and deliver revenue impact. Candidates should have 25 years of experience in a related role, with experience calling on agencies and existing agency relationships considered a strong advantage. Familiarity with health data is a plus, though not required. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Partner Development Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with a focus on advertising and media agencies. Conduct outreach and relationship-building using Apollo and industry insights from SellerCrowd. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft partner-specific strategies, joint solutions, and proposals. Engage in regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations with agency decision-makers. Use competitive and market intelligence to position Acxiom's value within the agency ecosystem. Client Services & Relationship Management Own the day-to-day relationship with key partners and agencies, ensuring alignment and delivery on shared goals. Oversee onboarding and enablement processes, and serve as a liaison across internal teams and partner stakeholders. Deliver high-touch service and support to partners, driving satisfaction and long-term retention. Maintain detailed records in CRM systems, documenting account activities and milestones. Performance Management & Growth Track partner revenue contribution, pipeline activity, and key KPIs using Excel dashboards and reporting tools. Lead regular QBRs with agency partners, providing insights and recommendations for growth. Forecast performance, surface opportunities for upsell or expansion, and ensure contract compliance. Support cross-sell efforts across client verticals where agency partnerships exist. Qualifications

Required: 25 years of experience in sales, partnership development, client services, or account management, ideally in martech, adtech, or data-driven industries. Demonstrated ability to call on and engage with media/advertising agencies; strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, reporting dashboards). Experience using Apollo (or similar platform) for outreach and contact intelligence. Familiarity with SellerCrowd for competitive monitoring and opportunity identification. Candidate must be based in the NYC metro area with the ability to work onsite at our office at least 3 days per week. Preferred: Existing relationships with agencies across holding companies or independents is a strong plus. Exposure to Acxiom's ecosystem or similar data/marketing technology platforms. Understanding of health data and HIPAA-compliant marketing (not required, but highly valued). Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Key Competencies

Please note, where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, location, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
