Provides technical assistance and coordination to information systems end users including analyzing user requirements, configuring and installing end-user computing devices, testing applications, writing documentation, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving hardware and application problems. Qualifications: Associate degree in a technology related field or working towards same preferred. Prior experience in customer support is preferred. Prior experience in deploying end-user devices, such as computers and printers, preferred. Knowledgeable and skilled in working with MS Word and Excel applications preferred.
