Wrangler Position At Sorrel River Ranch
Sorrel River Ranch, a premier luxury resort in the heart of Moab, Utah, is seeking an experienced wrangler. Located on 260 acres along the Colorado River, surrounded by 2,000-foot-high cliffs, buttes, and mesas, Sorrel River Ranch offers unmatched beauty and opportunities for outdoor experiences. Position Responsibilities: Conducting safe trail rides on horseback as well as rides in the barn area. Cleaning the corral area and barn, maintaining all tack and equipment, and ensuring the health and welfare of the herd. Work closely with other resort staff to ensure an excellent guest experience. Other tasks as assigned. Experience/Other Requirements: Proven horse skills with solid guest service experience Must have extensive knowledge and experience with horses and previous western riding experience. Some veterinarian knowledge is a plus. Must be safety conscious and possess the ability to instruct guests. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
