Come to our job fair located at our Yukon/Ruffs Dale plant (567 Waltz Mill Rd, Ruffs Dale, PA 15679) on August 19th from 11am-5pm and 20th from 9am-2pm to learn about careers at Menasha! We currently have openings for General Labor roles (outlined below) and Electrical Technicians (2nd shift). Please see a job fair representative for more information about our other opportunities. Key Duties and Responsibilities of General Labor:
Perform procedural quality inspections and identify defects as compared to written product specifications Able to read and follow all work instructions in a safe and effective manner Demonstrate outstanding attention-to-detail while always achieving superior safety, quality, and productivity standards Able to demonstrate basic math and measurement skills Familiarity with the use of hand tools; including tape measures Able to work at a brisk pace throughout an 8
12 hour shift in a non-sedentary position within a manufacturing environment Develop Machine Operator qualifications by assisting Qualified Operators and through on-the-job training Manufacturing General Labor pay starts at $21.05 and increases to $22.02 after 120 days. Opportunities: Able to sign for posted jobs after 60 days, which will provide higher wages than general labor. Shifts: 1st: 7:00 am to 3:00pm, 2nd: 3:00pm to 11:00pm, 3rd: 11:00pm to 7:00am. The role begins on 1st shift for the first week (training), but candidates must be open to working 2nd or 3rd shift thereafter. You must be comfortable working mandatory overtime, including weekends, as needed. Education Desired: High School Diploma
