We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in commercial real estate and litigation to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years of experience in commercial litigation, demonstrating proficiency in all stages of the litigation process including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals. Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with drafting and proofreading legal documents, including pleadings and estate planning documents. Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible. Perform e-filing in both state and federal courts, with a solid understanding of e-discovery platforms. Support marketing activities and client communications as needed. Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met. Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in commercial real estate and litigation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
