Yokogawa's Rotational Development Program - Emerging Y's (EY) is a 18 month program designed to grow high potential talent by accelerating their development through technical and professional training and different engineering assignments as applicable. The program is composed of multiple rotational assignments designed for its members to gain hands-on experience while working on challenging projects, and gaining leadership exposure through targeted training and intentional engagement with subject matter experts and organizational leaders. The program allows for development of the skills and competencies needed to shape the company's future. The rotations will take place at one single location, across different functions in the organization. Potential Rotation Experiences

Product Management/Product Support/Marketing (IAPF, Life Sciences, Bio-Process) Systems Operations (Analytical System Integrations - ASI, TAC (Tactical Assistance), Systems Engineering) Systems Service (ASI/Cyber Security/Data Mgt/Remote Asset Mgt) Manufacturing Engineering System Sales (DX Solutions, Renewables) Competencies

Recent Bachelors and Masters graduate Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Biological and Biomed Sciences, etc Requirements:

Available for rotation in June 2025 Available to relocate to either our Newnan GA, Sugar Land TX, Salt Lake City UT, Baton Rouge LA or Philadelphia PA location for the rotational assignment Geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate to any of our regional offices upon completion of the rotation: Sugar Land, TX; Newnan, GA; Baton Rouge, LA; Philadelphia PA; Salt Lake City, UT; California; positions could be home office and regionally based A valid US driver's license Demonstrated leadership experience Involvement in community service extracurriculars or volunteerism Strong interpersonal and communication skills Career interest in team lead, Engineering Manager and/or senior technical leadership, or future leadership roles We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States, however, we are not able to sponsor visas.
