About The Role

The Growth Manager at Doss will play a crucial role in driving pipeline growth and overall growth strategy. You will be responsible for building new channels from 0 to 1 and scaling current ones that are working. You will experiment constantly and build with a long term perspective. Our growth team is our main pipeline generation engine. You have the opportunity to scale this and grow a team around you in the future. Qualitatively, we want this person growing the demand for DossARP in the market. Tactically, this means helping us BOOK MORE DEMOS. What You'll Do

E2E Lead Gen: relentlessly hunt down leads within our ICP and fill the top of the funnel (BOOK DEMOS!). Build new channels: scale email outbound, build out webinar program, run and optimize LinkedIn ads. Own Demand Gen infra: lead data enrichment, outbound automation, inbound data collection. Working insanely hard. Writing concise and convincing content. Driving decisions from both qualitative and quantitative data. Hunting for leads. Finding the "watering holes" of our ICP. CRM wizard / savvy with sales productivity and automation tools. Pattern-matching. About You

The salary range for this role is $130k-$175k OTE. All compensation packages include equity because we believe employees building Doss deserve ownership. Salary and equity offered will be determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
