Assist Omni Channel Buyer

Core Job Function Responsible for supporting buyers with tasks such as SKU creation and maintenance Supporting the buying team with store allocation and transfers Maintaining individual category inboxes Ensure the product is merchandised in relation to trend (sales, inventory, newness, clearance, etc) Create, maintain, and report all omni-product sales data for evaluation purposes as required by the Buyer/DMM Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development Manage product options for each item (Fabrics, Finish, Size, etc.) Clear knowledge of target customer and competitive market Other duties may be determined by management to perform the necessary functions of the position, on an as-needed basis. Success Factors Hold yourself accountable for meeting commitments and achieving objectives Support the team by creating an efficient and productive workflow between ideation and administration. Elevate questions and concerns quickly so that opportunities and challenges are surfaced and solved expeditiously Requirements 1-2 years of Buying/Merchant experience College Degree (2 or 4 Years) in Business, Finance, Merchandising, or Design Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn and retain new computer systems in a timely manner Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to think strategically with strong decision-making skills Passion for Product Arhaus is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
