MetaPhase is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Analyst with 10 years supporting enterprise infrastructure operations to drive technical design and delivery for one of four Treasury Enterprise Infrastructure workstreamsProgram Operations, Communication Excellence, Technical & Security, or Finance & Operations Management. This role brings secure, modern network and cloud services to 100 K+ Federal users across TNet, TEV, TEIS, and T?Cloud. What You Will Be Doing:
Support architecture and detailed design activities for workstream deliverables (SLA scorecards, capacity-planning models, modernization roadmaps). Produce and maintain project schedules, risk registers, KPIs, and technical documentation in SharePoint and ServiceNow. Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly sprint reviews with Treasury OCIO stakeholders, bureau IT teams, and vendor partners. Ensure designs align with Treasury security controls, FedRAMP baselines, TIC 3.0 guidance, and enterprise architecture standards. Conduct impact analyses for network changes (VoIP, VPN, routing, DNS, firewall) and recommend optimizations. Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies to maintain solution cohesion and performance. What We Need From You (Required): 10 years supporting enterprise network or cloud infrastructure or related work. Hands-on expertise with firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and monitoring/observability tools (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk). Practical experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Power BI reporting, and agile delivery frameworks. Eligibility for High Public Trust (Tier 4) investigation; U.S. Citizenship required. Bonus Points (Desired): Prior experience supporting Treasury OCIO or other cabinet-level agency programs. ITIL v4, PMP, or TOGAF certification. Exposure to Zero Trust architecture and cloud adoption frameworks. Work Setup: Hybrid
Washington, DC metro (23 days/week onsite at Treasury HQ); remainder remote. Travel: Occasional (
Clearance & Education: High Public Trust (Tier 4); U.S. Citizenship required. Master's Degree Required Compensation: Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is 120k - 135k.
