Rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Rehab LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients undergoing rehabilitation, assisting them in regaining their physical skills and improving their quality of life. This LPN will provide direct nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit, including medication administration, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. * All LPN must have IV certification and a state or compact license. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans aimed at promoting patient recovery and independence. Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress, treatments, and responses, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, treatment options, and home care strategies to support ongoing recovery. Collaborate closely with registered nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care delivery. Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have: Current and valid state license. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
