Position Overview: The HR Local will assist with daily human resources functions, employee onboarding, compliance, and general administrative support. This part-time role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive work environment for our team. Key Responsibilities: Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including background checks and new hire paperwork Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Track licenses, certifications, and in-service trainings Assist with timekeeping, attendance, and employee inquiries Help facilitate employee engagement activities and events Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations Collaborate with the regional HR and payroll teams as needed Qualifications: Prior HR or administrative experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required Pay Rate: Starting at $26/hour (Part-Time) If you're dependable, people-oriented, and eager to support an impactful healthcare team, we'd love to hear from you!
