Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our on-site team in Irvine. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting employees and driving HR initiatives that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations. Support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding. Maintain and update HRIS records, personnel files, and compliance documentation. Coordinate and track training programs, performance reviews, and employee development plans. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Assist with leave of absence administration, workers compensation, and safety initiatives. Partner with leadership to support employee engagement and retention strategies. Prepare HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications: 35 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus. Seniority level
