About the Team Our Supply Chain Finance team is dedicated to supporting Walmart's mission of delivering value and efficiency across our global operations. We collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making for the Import Distribution Center network and beyond. In this role, you'll directly influence the team's success and contribute to Walmart's growth initiatives. What You'll Do
Oversee monthly close and create bi-monthly forecasts for the Import Distribution Center Network and other assigned networks Partner with business leaders to develop detailed Annual Operating Plans for network facilities Collaborate with engineering, operations, accounting, and other teams to build financial business cases for capital requests Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for productivity and cost improvements Evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives and present recommendations to senior leadership Develop and deliver financial reporting on key metrics, budget vs. actuals, and forecast variances Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business opportunities Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial records and reporting What You'll Bring Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, cost estimating, modeling, and analytics Strong data visualization skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly, including through PowerPoint Analytical curiosity to uncover insights and explain performance drivers High standards for organization, discipline, and managing multiple priorities Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collective success Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area. 1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects. 1 year's supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications
Analyzing data and interpreting results, Microsoft Office, Working in a large, complex, matrixed organization Masters: Business Administration Primary Location
