Sr. Financial Analyst
Axillon Aerospace is seeking a dedicated and analytical Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Finance Department at our Rockmart, Inc. location. The Senior Financial Analyst is a key contributor in the financial planning and analysis process. This position will provide support during month-end close, assist in the forecasting process, and provide crucial variance analysis to the management team. Must be a US person. THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION. Required Skills
Compiling and analyzing financial data to create accurate, clear, and concise financial reports. Prepare various month end journal entries and recons, as well as assist with preparation of month end presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data and support decision-making. Focus on continuous improvement to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Assist in the budgeting process. Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with forecasts. Perform additional research and analysis as required. Required Experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to perform complex and confidential tasks with speed and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
