HR Generalist Aka People Ops Lifeline!

We're adding to our team and looking for an HR Generalist who's as passionate about recruiting as they are about employee relations and team building. The HR Generalist at Wantable will support our talent acquisition, employee relations and HR Ops functions. What You'll Be Doing: Recruiting Whiz: Help us find and hire amazing talentpost jobs, review resumes, conduct phone screens, manage the interview process and onboard for high volume and individual contributor roles. Recordkeeping and HRIS Champion: Attendance tracking, spreadsheets and documentation keep us together! Manage and maintain our HRIS database (Paycom!), making sure it's accurate, secure, and a well-oiled machine. Compliance Crusader: Stay on top of federal, state, and local laws so we're always in the clear. Process Improver: Look for opportunities to make our workflows smoother, faster, and more fun for everyone. Flex your creative problem-solving muscles while improving processes and creating impact. Employee Advocate: You don't forget a name or a face! You'll be a go-to person for all things HR. Support and educate employees while building great relationships. You ensure employees feel valued and supported every step of the way. Employee Relations Pro: You are a trusted resource for employees and managers, navigating workplace challenges with empathy and solutions that strengthen the team. Performance Guru: You've got a growth mindset! Help managers and employees shine by driving impactful performance management strategies and fostering growth.
