Job Details

Requirement:

* Licensed to practice law in NY * 3-4 years of Real Estate Litigation experience * Experience with complex commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation * Knowledge of New York Civil Procedure * Experience handling various aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and participating in litigation strategy. * Court, motion and discovery experience.
