Williams International
Who We Are
Williams International is a privately-owned company that develops and manufactures jet engines for both military and commercial aircraft applications. We are a company of creators who deliver pioneering ideas and technologies that lead the aerospace industry. Our culture fosters creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning to position our team members to inspire each other and provide quality products and supporting services that exceed the expectations of our customers.

This role is in a collaborative environment incorporating all aspects of development and production to support our existing engines and growing product line. Responsibilities include managing a team of engineers that deliver aerodynamic designs and analyses of various turbomachinery flow path components, working with our expert in-house manufacturing team to ensure a producible design, and supporting engine and subsystem testing to provide design validation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of cutting-edge commercial and military gas turbine hardware with a high degree of ownership for aerodynamic performance throughout the product life cycle.
This is a working manager role which includes both leadership of aerothermodynamic analyses performed by the team and individual execution of advanced analysis projects.
