Job Description: The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers working with Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB. The primary objectives include overseeing project delivery, ensuring high-quality code, and providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team in designing, developing, and implementing Java-based applications using Spring Boot and MongoDB.
Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and drive process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to improve application performance and reliability.
Stay updated on industry trends, conduct knowledge sharing sessions, and mentor team members on best practices.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Skill Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Java programming with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns.
Hands-on experience developing web applications using Spring Boot framework.
Proficiency in working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Good understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
