Senior Software Developer
The ATSG IT Department is looking to add a Senior Software Developer to our Software Services team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced developer to build and support internal applications critical to ATSG's operations. You'll contribute to architectural decisions, help shape technical direction, and work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C# and .NET Participate in code reviews and system design discussions Ensure code is efficient, scalable, and well-tested Partner with PMs and stakeholders to deliver on-time solutions Troubleshoot and resolve production issues Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and REST APIs Familiar with Git or equivalent source control Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with microservices and Docker Familiarity with React or Angular Strong debugging and performance tuning skills Current Tech Stack: Backend: C#, .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core Databases: SQL Server, Oracle BI Tools: Power BI
