LHH is currently conducting a Direct Hire search for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer in St. Louis, MO. This role is central to the development and support of our clients internal systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related platforms. You'll work in a collaborative environment to build and maintain tools that support business operations and customer engagement.
What You'll Do
Support the mission and service standards of the IT department. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand goals and provide updates on progress. Develop and enhance CRM systems and related applications. Customize and maintain order entry interfaces within Microsoft Dynamics. Implement robust security measures, including encryption and access control. What You Bring
5+ years of experience with .NET (C# preferred). Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and configuration. Experience with Power Platform Portals or similar content management systems. Familiarity with modern web technologies and version control systems like Git. Skilled in writing unit tests and documenting technical specifications. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Understanding of CRM-related business processes such as sales, marketing, and service. Preferred Skills
Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF). Pay Details:
$130,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
