Inventory Control Specialist

What You'll Do:
Inventory Management : Conduct, Pull and record inventory audits to ensure accuracy and availability and ensure that inventory-stocking levels are maintained and sufficient to meet business needs Technology & Communication : Previous knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics WMS and ERP to process inventory entries and transactions. Safe handling : Wear all required PPE for the duration of the shift, practice safe lifting techniques, and seek assistance for items over 50 lbs. Cleanliness and safety : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and operate equipment following safety protocols. Cross-departmental support : Collaborate with other departments or assist in different areas as needed to support overall operations. Interact:
with Martin S&G manufacturing facilities for the support of stocking levels and prioritization Execute cycle:
counts on finished goods and raw material, using necessary tools and equipment (cherry picker, forklift, pallet jack, or other standard warehouse equipment with training available on site) Adjust systemic:
inventory counts to align with physical counts to maintain accurate inventory numbers Investigate and identify
:the root cause of inventory discrepancies Support:
annual external inventory audit. What You'll Bring:
Basic skills : Proficiency in basic math and clear communication; able to read and understand instructions in English. Physical capability : Able to lift, push, pull, and position items up to 50 lbs (with assistance provided for heavier loads). Dependability : Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled hours, adhering to timekeeping and other company procedures. Shift endurance : Comfortable standing and working in a non-climate-controlled environment for the entire shift. Warehouse familiarity : Basic understanding of warehouse functions and general mechanical knowledge and forklift use. Team-oriented : Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues. Detail focus : Attentive to detail, capable of determining correct shelf locations based on routing tickets. Computer skills : Familiarity with desktop computers, email platforms, and ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX). Your Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. To perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily to the branch to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified candidates with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
