This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing Healthcare Investment Banking team at a leading Mid-Tier Investment Bank, working on headline-making transactions with some of the most innovative and disruptive companies in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors.

The Role:

As an Associate , you will play a key role in all aspects of deal execution, including:

• Leading financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence processes.
• Preparing pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials.
• Supporting senior bankers in deal origination and execution .
• Managing analysts and contributing to team development.
• Engaging with Healthcare clients, investors, and strategic buyers across the U.S.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3+ years of Investment Banking or M&A experience – ideally with a Healthcare sector focus (Life Sciences, Biotech, MedTech, or Healthcare Services).
• Strong financial modeling, technical, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional presentation and client-facing capabilities .
• A proactive, driven personality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced deal environment.
• U.S. work authorization (visa sponsorship is not available for this role).
