We are currently partnered with a PE firm looking to add a Senior Investor Relations professional to its New York team. The company has been a key player in the fintech and private markets space for over a decade. The Senior IR Associate will sit within the IR team with the opportunity to work across both PE and VC, playing a pivotal part in supporting the fundraising process, completing day-to-day project management responsibilities and coordinating marketing activities. Responsibilities: Work with the Senior IR team to organise roadshows, meeting notes, and investor follow-ups. Assist in the production of producing pitchbooks, teasers and other marketing materials. Liaise with external marketing and PR agencies, as well as support with relevant press releases. Update and Maintain CRM Support with the organisation of investor events and AGM’s Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role at another private markets fund or placement agent Experience in working with closed-ended funds is a must Fluency in both written and spoken English Strong communication and presentation skills Seniority level
