Budget Process Specialist
The Opportunity

As a budget analyst supporting our team, your attention to detail, ability to juggle numerous tasks, and client relationship management skills will help ensure our clients are well-positioned to accomplish the organization's mission. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to inform our nation’s leaders.
As a budget analyst on our team, you will work directly with government counterparts to ensure the organization is running smoothly and effectively. You'll answer both quick-turn taskers and longer-term, strategic RFIs to make sure the team is accurately tracking relevant metrics. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in organizational management while supporting a unique mission directly alongside our defense client. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have the resources to learn new skills and tools. You Have
3+ years of experience with budget analysis, including in the public sector, including the DoD 3+ years of experience working in a client-facing role or interfacing directly with critical stakeholders or executive customers Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments Ability to juggle multiple tasks, including both quick-turn taskers and longer-term strategic initiatives Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor’s degree

Experience with data analytics Knowledge of the intelligence cycle Possession of excellent detail-oriented skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
