Job Summary: Responsible for working with the Accounting, 340B Program Manager and Pharmacy Operations departments to oversee the 340B program. Assist with the day-to-day accounting activity as well as reporting and analysis by entity. Assist the Tax and Inventory Manager with the preparation of monthly inventory reconciliations and sales tax.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with 340B Program Manager to help manage and set up all new 340B programs and update existing programs as necessary
- Participate in weekly/monthly meetings with 340B entities
- Monitor and audit weekly 340B Order & Inventory Adjustment reports for all store locations
- Review over/under replenishments and returns and work with store operations to resolve
- Gather required documentation for 340B Entity Audits
- Prepare all monthly 340B General Ledger entries and upload to the accounting system
- Prepare all payments due to 340B entities
- Reconciliation of Monthly 340B Inventory and Slow Mover reports
- Reconcile all General Ledger 340B accounts to the detailed reports on a monthly basis
- Analyze and prepare monthly sales reports for the 340B Program Manager and Noble
- Provide monthly inventory and sales adjustments for book to physical reconciliations
- Gather all data needed for monthly physical inventory reconciliations and prepare necessary spreadsheets
- Prepare monthly/quarterly sales tax spreadsheets
- Create and maintain all procedure documentation in OneNote
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: AS Degree or Higher in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- Preferred: 2 Years or more in a similar role
- Drug Test
- Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
Compensation
$18.00/hr - $19.00/hr
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
