We are looking for motivated CDL-A drivers for OTR positions. Enjoy flexible home time options, 100% no-touch freight, and drive top-of-the-line equipment. 2000 average miles. Top 30% 2300-3000 miles weekly. We offer: Competitive Pay: 52-56cpm based on experience Consistent Home Time: We provide flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Miles: 2,000 miles average DRY, No-Touch Freight No Forced NYC Dispatch: You won't be required to deliver into NYC or its five boroughs Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day, unless a higher amount is required by state or local law Qualifications: 3 months or more tractor trailer experience Valid CDL Class A license and Medical Card Urine/Hair drug test Clean Records Benefits: Weekly Pay Health Benefits & 401k Participation Paid Time Off & Bonus Incentives Unlimited Cash Referral Program Medical, HSA, Dental, Life Insurance, AD&D PTO, 401(k), and additional voluntary benefits Responsibilities: Operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods safely and efficiently over regional routes. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance. Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and cargo transported
