The Developer will be part of a small team that transforms existing manual processes into customized, user-centric applications. These applications will be interactive, responsive, and tailored to each process. At the start of each project, the Developer collaborates with Business Analysts, Business Owners, and the Product Owner to define the future state of the process. Following this, the Developer creates initial wireframes and presents demos to Business Owners. Once User Stories are added to the repository, the Developer assigns tasks and hours within each story. Upon completion, the Developer conducts unit and functional testing before handing off work to a Tester. Throughout development, source code and solutions are stored in an approved repository. Responsibilities: Develop user-centric applications using Microsoft Power Platform within an Agile framework. Work closely with team members and clients to ensure applications meet business needs. Lead the creation and deployment of prototypes and applications utilizing various technologies. Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to prepare functional specifications. Present technical ideas and approaches to peers and IT teams. Leverage APIs and integrate endpoints into PowerApps. Create System Administrator Guides and other documentation such as Release Notes and Transition Guides. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of professional experience. At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Portal, PowerApps Model-Driven, Power Automate). At least 4 years of experience with MS Dynamics, HTML, and CSS. At least 1 year of experience with JSON and APIs. At least 1 year of experience in C#, .NET, or Java development. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder, with residence in the US for the past 3 years, and able to obtain a public trust clearance. Pay Range:

$100,000 - $130,000 Note: The posted pay range reflects the expected starting salary; actual offer may vary based on individual factors including location, experience, and skills.
