$81,800.00 - $122,700.00 Job Purpose
American Honda Finance Corporation (AHFC) is seeking a Dealer Relations Manager for our Southern Virginia and Southern Western Virginia territories. You will play a key role in ensuring our organization’s profitability and success by building strong relationships and partnerships with dealers and delivering excellent service. Reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage your assigned territories of Honda and Acura dealers, acting as a consultant and trainer to maximize the benefits of AHFC products and programs. Key Accountabilities
Promote the sales of AHFC products, ensure program compliance, and implement policies and procedures Build and maintain loyal dealer relationships, and develop plans to improve profitability and customer retention Support regional goals by adding value to dealer relationships Coordinate with Honda Motor Company to identify resources and maximize dealer support Adhere to compliance policies and procedures Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Ideal candidates will have: BA/BS degree in marketing, business, finance, or economics preferred 5-7 years’ experience in consumer finance and indirect sales Knowledge of lease and loan accounting systems Experience with sales programs, training, and auto dealer finance operations 75% travel with overnight stays required Valid driving record Potential for relocation Supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $81,800 to $122,700, based on experience and location.
