Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) for a world-leading technology firm located in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.
Responsibilities for the Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) include:
Utilize knowledge of US Government classified contract requirements to maintain security programs.
Manage DISS for new hires/terminations, SF e-QIP, Adverse Information, Visit Requests, and clearance eligibility verifications.
Complete CDSE Insider Threat training and develop TEA Insider Threat Program in accordance with DSS timelines.
Maintain active ISFD account, verify FCL status of subcontractors, generate DDs.
Maintain current NISP program facility documentation (DD, SF).
Maintain the current List of Classified Contracts and Associated Security Classification Guidance (DD).
Develop and maintain security education and training for cleared personnel.
Requirements for the Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) include:
Active TS clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
2+ years of relevant experience as FSO or Assistant FSO, focusing on developing training procedures in accordance with DSS mandates and maintaining employee security education.
NISPOM Chapter 5 experience.
Knowledge of US Government classified contract requirements.
Practical knowledge and experience with DISS.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task accurately.
Compensation for the Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) includes:
Annual salary with a full comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law.
