As a Technical Business Analyst, reporting to the PMG Technology Production Support Team Lead, you will support business and product needs for investment operations. You will collaborate with teams involved in Portfolio Accounting, Custodian Data Reconciliation, Portfolio Implementation, Portfolio Engineering, and Security Operations for daily operations. Your responsibilities include understanding business requirements, identifying process improvements, and designing and implementing solutions. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to product development. The Day-to-Day
Collaborate with Portfolio Management groups including Portfolio Accounting, Portfolio Analytics, Security Operations, Portfolio Implementation, Portfolio Engineering, Traders, and Trading Operations to ensure system performance Monitor production platforms for start-of-day readiness and system health Facilitate communication between internal business teams, Technology, and vendors Provide operational and incident support for applications and modules Conduct root cause analysis on incidents and propose preventive solutions Define user stories and acceptance criteria based on business needs Document system requirements with solutions and diagrams Participate in the software development lifecycle Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation or restructuring Provide business insights based on analysis Manage multiple requests with high accuracy and efficiency Your Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager supporting critical applications in Wealth or Investment Management Technology Hands-on experience with Portfolio management platforms (Portfolio Accounting, Order Generation, Performance Reporting, Market Security) Knowledge of Portfolio management concepts (Positions, Trades, Securities) Proactive ownership mindset Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Compensation
$100,000-$150,000 base salary in WA, starting at the lower end based on experience Eligible for discretionary bonus based on performance Why Fisher Investments
