Provide support to the fulfillment center's transportation department. Coordinate and dispatch delivery drivers. Ensure that the dispatch is done timely and efficiently as demonstrated by the time of the dispatch to the gate time of drivers. Customer service experience Previous distribution or production experience Previous administration support experience Adapt to any technological programs and requirements pertaining to the job Understand the processing and execution of orders, setting up equipment and assigning routes to drivers Ensure we minimize the time it takes to dispatch to driver gate time. Eliminate inefficiencies in the dispatch process.
