Good experience in Mac support Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010 & authorized desktop applications Basic knowledge of Mac OS to support Apple PC users Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers, hardware Perform preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, printers Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and hardware/software issues Basic understanding of networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms Ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork Asset management Minimum qualifications and skills: Demonstrated experience aligned with the above responsibilities Desired certifications: CompTIA A+, MCP or higher At least 24 months of IT experience Knowledge of Windows 7-10, Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, hardware troubleshooting, helpdesk systems Experience with mobile device management (iOS, Android), Windows PC management Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet SLAs Excellent communication and customer service skills Adaptable to a fast-changing environment Willing to work off-hours and weekends as needed Seniority level
