Transaction Banking Product and Digital Channels teams develop and support online banking products to meet customer needs. This entry-level position (1-5 years’ experience) is ideal for candidates pursuing a career in Transaction Banking Product Management and software development. The role involves managing business-focused tasks and collaborating with internal teams on global digital banking solutions. Key Responsibilities
Act as liaison between Transaction Banking of the Americas and Tokyo Head Office for system requirements, product development, and testing. Gather and document requirements for global digital banking products and enhancements. Support online product deployment, including user acceptance testing and production validation. Coordinate with technology teams to ensure testing environments are ready with clean data. Assist Product Management with incident management, problem ticket triage, escalation, and resolution. Support client onboarding and system configuration inquiries. Communicate system issues proactively to ensure excellent customer experience. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and complete necessary training. Minimum Requirements
Fluent in Japanese and English, with flexibility to work non-U.S. hours. Experience in Transaction Banking, familiar with online cash management and host-to-host protocols, including ISO 20022 standards. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college, preferably in STEM fields. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Additional Information
