Job Title: AVP, Learning Technology & Data
Location: Hartford CT - Home Office (Telecommute) Company: Hartford Fire Ins. Co Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a forward-thinking learning strategy for the technology workforce. Lead the design and implementation of scalable, tech-enabled learning solutions. Partner with senior technology leaders to identify skill gaps and align learning programs. Drive upskilling and reskilling initiatives for future roles and technologies. Lead talent pipeline programs, including leadership development and internships. Oversee the development and modernization of the Learning Platform. Manage a high-performing team and foster a collaborative culture. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in strategy and execution of technology learning and workforce transformation. Strong understanding of learning technologies and adult learning principles. Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills. Familiarity with AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and data science. Compensation: Annualized base pay range of $180,000 - $270,000, with additional rewards including bonuses and incentives.
