$60/hr - 75/hr \n Job Description: Lead the design and implementation of a cloud-based contact center solution, transitioning from legacy systems to a modern CCaaS platform. \n Day-to-Day Responsibilities: \n \n
Engage with CCaaS vendors to architect and implement cloud contact center solutions.
\n
Analyze existing telephony infrastructure and design migration strategies.
\n
Develop and integrate APIs for seamless connectivity with third-party systems.
\n
Configure IVRs, dialers, and system routing for multiple business units.
\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
\n
Participate in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies to drive project progress.
\n

Must-Haves: \n
\n
8 years of experience in platform engineering with a focus on contact center solutions.
\n
Proven expertise in Avaya PBX systems and transitioning to cloud-based platforms.
\n
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
\n
Experience with CCaaS solutions like NICE CXone or Five9.
\n
Proficiency in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
\n
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Experience with enterprise environments and telephony operations. \n
Familiarity with chatbot development and AI integrations. \n
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. \n \n
