CVS Media Exchange is hiring an Account Manager who will report to the Sr Manager, Account Management. CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers. You will provide the highest level of support on an assigned book of JBP and Strategic accounts while driving client retention, growth, renewal, and overall client satisfaction. You should demonstrate a curious, data driven and solutions-oriented approach to your business. This role is customer-oriented, requires excellent communication skills, numerical analysis, strong organization, project management and ability to multi-task. The candidate must be commutable to one of our corporate offices and be willing to work a hybrid schedule. Hybrid model with 3 onsite days/week at one of these locations: Chicago, IL; Blue Bell, PA; Boston, MA; Wellesley, MA; New York Soho area, NY; Woonsocket, RI. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal partner teams to execute successful digital media campaigns aligned to client KPIs, acting as an internal strategic partner to sales and media planning teams, owning post-sale client partnership and communication, executing flawless campaign launch and delivery, managing and developing strong collaborative relationships with partners across the organization, leading internal partner status calls and campaign performance reviews, leading all post sale meeting cadences with clients, delivering best-in-class client service, proactively self-educating around assigned client categories and retail media industry trends, participating in onboarding activities for new team members, and acting as subject matter expert on various internal projects. Required qualifications include 5+ years of client services/account management experience in direct/digital marketing agency or combination of agency/client side, and 3+ years of proven experience managing client relationships and problem solving effectively. Preferred qualifications include retail media network experience, familiarity with Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Workfront, GAM, TTD, effective multi-tasking skills, team player mentality, flexibility, analytical thinking, high intellectual curiosity, strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills, and innate interest in advertising. Education requirement is a Bachelor’s degree preferred or related field or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required. Anticipated weekly hours are 40. The typical pay range for this role is $66,330.00 - $159,120.00, representing the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed. Seniority level
