Account Reconciliation Advisory Consultants
for an Atlanta based client to review their reconciliation process and recommend improvements to their process. Work location is hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day remote). Local candidates only on a W2 basis. Responsibilities / Nature of Work: Strong expertise and understanding of balance sheet reconciliation standards and supporting documentation requirements Effectively collaborate with Accounting teams to evaluate existing processes and ensure compliance with best practices Skilled at identifying reconciliation process gaps, assessing risk, and uncovering improvement opportunities Document and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership Proactive in recommending and implementing corrective actions for inaccurate or incomplete reconciliations Requirements: 10+ years of Corporate Accounting experience SME on Account Reconciliations Process Improvement experience CPA preferred Previous Big 4 experience with prior auditing is a plus Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Atlanta Location: Hybrid 4 days in Atlanta office - firm W2 local candidates BrightCore consultants are offered a Full Suite of Benefits including: PTO / Vacation / Paid Holidays 401K Retirement Plan Health Savings Account (HSA) with “Mutual Fund Sweep” option Financial Wellness Program CPE & Upskilling Reimbursement Seniority level
