We are seeking a
Business Unit Controller
to lead and manage the financial operations of one of our key business units. This strategic role is ideal for an experienced financial leader who thrives on delivering insights, driving process improvements, and helping shape the future of an organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all Accounting functions of the business unit in alignment with GAAP. Deliver timely and accurate financial statements, audit support, and budget forecasts. Partner with leadership on strategic planning, reporting, and financial modeling. Oversee all accounting operations, including AR/AP, billing, and expense management. Maintain inventory controls and valuation standards. Guide and improve the annual budgeting process and financial performance analysis. Provide financial leadership on strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. Develop and maintain banking relationships and financial controls. Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing accounting team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles. Demonstrated leadership in supervising accounting teams and managing business-unit level financials. Strong systems aptitude and experience in implementing accounting process improvements. Seniority level
