Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus An established and growing construction firm is seeking a Controller to support the financial operations of the business and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional with construction industry experience who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is looking to make an immediate impact. Responsibilities Oversee core accounting functions including AP, AR, general ledger, and taxes Prepare accurate financial statements and manage reporting in accordance with GAAP Lead budget development, variance analysis, and annual audit coordination Partner with project managers on job costing, forecasting, and financial planning Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with construction industry exposure Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, and construction accounting systems Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach and stable work history This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CFO and executive leadership, with long-term growth potential and visibility across the organization.
