Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist
in Stoughton, MA. Join us and be part of something that truly makes a difference!
Job Summary:
Responsible for accounts payable processing and payments as well as recording accounts receivable receipts and follow-up on accounts receivable issues.
Functions: Process A/P invoices, matching receipts, ensuring proper approvals are received. Process A/P payments. Apply A/R receipts in the IFS business system.
Skills/Qualifications Needed: Knowledge of computer information systems used in financial and/or accounting applications. Organization and coordination skills. Microsoft Office experience. Previous experience in processing accounts payable. Minimum 1- 3 years related experience.
Desired Skills: Knowledge of basic accounting principles. ` Experience working for a manufacturer. 2- year college degree or some college courses is a plus.
