Accounts Payable Specialist - 6 month plus temporary need
Located near the Irvine Spectrum
Will be working onsite
Pay up to $30 per hour
We're looking for an experienced
Accounts Payable Specialist
for a long term temporary position. This role handles full-cycle AP and supports general ledger duties related to AP. Key Responsibilities: Enter and code invoices accurately for timely processing
Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and amounts
Process employee expense reports (Concur experience a plus)
Prepare and post AP and expense accruals for month-end close
Reconcile vendor statements and AP disbursements
Maintain accurate 1099 records and ensure compliance
Research vendor issues and follow up on credits or refunds
Assist with new vendor setup and maintain vendor info
Handle AP-related GL tasks: accruals, coding, reconciliations
Maintain records for fixed assets and property management
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of full-cycle AP experience
Comfortable with basic Excel (sorting, filters, basic formulas)
Concur and Sage Intacct experience preferred, not required
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
