We are currently seeking an
Accounts Receivable Clerk
for a long term contract position expected to be 6 months plus. Will be working onsite.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk:
Will be responsible for the handling the research and follow up on customer claims Responsible for the collections and notifying customers of past due invoices Handle the research and discrepancies on invoices Process the credits and payment adjustments Responsible for processing client payments and posting to accounts Process the RMA requests as needed Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Clerk:
HS Diploma 1-3 years of accounts receivable experience Experience with cash applications and collections Strong verbal and written communications skills Strong attention to detail and highly organized Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables) PandoLogic.
