Accounts Receivable Accountant
to join our finance team. This position will report to the Controller and will be instrumental in managing and executing day-to-day operations in the accounts receivable process. The work is primarily in the office at the Firm’s Seattle office. This is a full-time position with exceptional benefits, a competitive salary, and a great work environment. We are looking for a smart, hard worker who has at least three years of experience in accounts receivable functions, preferably with a legal or professional services firm. Firm Overview

We work throughout the United States on large-scale projects involving complex negotiations, transactions, and litigation. Our lawyers practice out of offices in Seattle, Washington; Portland, Oregon; Washington, D.C.; and Boise, Idaho. Responsibilities
Full-cycle billing, including generating pre-bills, editing pre-bills, and sending invoices to clients. Receiving and reviewing client payments, entering payments into an accounting system, and depositing payments using remote technologies. Calculating, posting, and verifying to obtain financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. Compiling and sorting documents such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions. Assisting with collection communications on past due accounts. Requirements
At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with a professional services firm. Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Strong work ethic and a professional and positive attitude. Pride in your work and delivering superior work product. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well as part of a team and handle stress effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with LMS or similar accounting software is preferred but not required. Benefits
The position offers hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional after-hours work. Salary ranges from $72,800 to $83,200, with a full benefits package including medical and dental insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with employer match, life insurance, transportation subsidy, and disability policies.
